Ash Street Place Assisted Living, Guthrie
Administrator - Full Time
The Administrator oversees all activities of the facility in accordance with established federal and state guidelines and all policies adopted by the governing authority. The Administrator is responsible for strategic planning and profitability and is accountable for all operations and programs. The Administrator relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements:
- Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum three years of experience in managing long-term care or assisted living facility
- Ability to work with families and residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives
- Possess leadership and management skills
Cook - Part Time - Evening
Cooks are responsible for preparing food and meals for residents, staff and guests. Our dining areas are café style. Residents order from a menu. Cooks maintain the kitchen in a sanitary condition. Cooks also provide guidance to dietary aides and dishwashers to ensure regulations of food safety and sanitation are properly followed.
Requirements:
- Short-order cook experience is helpful
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Full Time - Variable
The CMA will assist in providing total nursing care to the residents of the facility. The CMA administers physician-ordered medications and treatments to residents under the direction of a licensed nurse. The main scope of this position is to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.
Requirements:
- Current Oklahoma CMA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions of established routines
- Basic understanding of infection control protocol
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
Medication Administration Technician (MAT) - Full Time - Variable
The MAT will assist in providing total nursing care to the residents of the facility. The MAT provides residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the healthcare provider's orders. The main scope of this position is to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.
Requirements:
- Current Oklahoma MAT and CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) certifications
- Ability to follow instructions of established routines
- Basic understanding of infection control protocol
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
