Charming studio apartments include in-suite bathroom, emergency call system and personal call pendant, smoke detector and fire protection system, individual heat and air controls, cable television, wireless internet, individual mailbox, and refrigerator and microwave (select units).

There are many common areas to enjoy with family and friends. Facility amenities include a lovely community dining room, beauty salon / barber shop, laundry room, resident business center, rooftop deck, piano room, and a common lounge on every floor. Residents also have all-day access to an adjacent wellness center equipped for senior adults.

Ash Street Place has studio apartments in a variety of sizes to suit your preferences. Room sizes vary from 216 square feet to 450 square feet. Spacious enough to accommodate all your favorite belongings, you can personalize your apartment to create a cozy new home. And we’re pet friendly, so your furry companion will feel right at home too!

All studio apartments include in-suite bathrooms equipped with full-size shower for easy accessibility and convenience.

Family Guest Room

For the convenience of our residents’ family members, Ash Street Place offers a well-appointed and comfortable guest room for short-stay overnight visits (subject to availability). A nominal daily rate is charged for use of this room. Reservation of the guest room should be made with the Administrator.

Lobby & Concierge Desk

A well-appointed lobby welcomes our guests with comfort and style. Ash Street Place residents enjoy this lounge as a relaxed hub of hospitality. Exceptional customer service is our standard at Ash Street Place and our staff are happy to provide assistance for residents and guests as needed.

Residents enjoy the spacious and relaxed setting of the large community lounge. Here you may see residents solving a puzzle, reading a book, playing the piano, or enjoying friendly conversation.

Dining Room

Ash Street Place offers all day, restaurant style dining from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. A variety of delicious menu options are available to residents and their guests, with breakfast items served all day.

Resident Business Center

Residents and their guests have 24-hour access to our business center equipped with computer, printer, and writing supplies. The Administrator can assist you with faxing and scanning services. Ash Street Place provides free wireless connection throughout the facility.

Rooftop Lounge

The views from the comfortable rooftop lounge are lovely with Ash Street Place situated in proximity to historic downtown Guthrie.

Heated Sidewalks

For the protection of our residents during inclement weather, heated sidewalks provide a safe accessway to and from the facility.
